- Referring customer must have an active service.
- The referral credit will equal
one (1) month of the referring customer’s internet package
at
the time of referral.
- There is
no limit to the amount of new customers you may refer.
- Referred customer
must mention referring customer by
first & last name or
address when asked by our customer support team.
- Referred customer must provide referral information
before service activation.
- Referring customers will
not receive free internet credit if they give the referring party's name/address
after service has been activated.
- Referral credits can be added on to the new customer 2 months free credit.
- Referral credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- It is the responsibility of the referred customer to give the
first & last name or
address of the referring customer.
- Referral credits earned will be applied toward the
following billing cycle.
- Referral credits do
not include the router rental fee.
- Referral program is for residential internet only.
